What does the status of my order mean?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you can view the status of your order in your account. Please pay close attention to the status of your order if you wish to make any changes.


Pending payment – the amount has not yet been credited. You can make changes to your order at any time. We will send you a reminder weekly for a period of 4 weeks, after which your order will be suspended. If payment is made later, the order will be reactivated.


Processing – the order has been placed but has not yet been processed. You can still make changes.

Packaging – the package is ready for shipment or is already being delivered to the carrier. No changes can be made anymore.

Shipped – your order has been shipped.

Cancelled – your order has been cancelled.
