1) To purchase the Products on the Site, it is necessary to provide the personal data requested in the relevant form.
2) The data provided is processed by Solar Shine s.r.o. for the purposes and in the manner described, in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data is processed for: a) obligations connected with the conclusion and performance of the contract; b) statistical purposes and the sending of commercial communications, including by email.
3) Processing is carried out by automated and non-automated means, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes. Security measures are adopted to prevent data loss, unlawful use and unauthorised access.
4) The provision of data is optional. Refusal for purpose a) makes it impossible to purchase the Products.
5) Refusal for purpose b) has no consequence on the possibility of making a purchase.
6) The data controller is Solar Shine s.r.o.
7) The personal data is known exclusively by the persons expressly appointed by the controller.
8) Data subjects may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: confirmation of the existence of the data, access, rectification, supplementation, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by written request addressed to Solar Shine s.r.o.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
The contract between Solar Shine s.r.o. and the Customer is governed by Czech law. For Customers domiciled in the European Union, Articles 17-19 of Reg. (EU) 1215/2012 apply.

Managing consent
Non-essential services remain disabled until you consent to the relevant category. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button. Before consent, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics and advertising storage denied; the Google tag may transmit limited, cookieless technical signals about consent status.
Strictly necessary cookies
LadyMary uses essential WooCommerce cookies for the cart, session, checkout, payments and security. They are necessary to provide the service you request and cannot be disabled through the consent settings.
Statistics and first-party analytics
After you consent to Statistics, Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit may use analytics cookies and measure visited pages and e-commerce events. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
LadyMary’s first-party analytics is also activated only after consent. It processes pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, e-commerce events, UTM parameters, the referring website and device type. IP and email addresses are processed in the analytics system only as hash values. Analytics data is retained for no longer than 14 months.
Preferences and external services
Google Maps and reCAPTCHA are loaded only after consent to Preferences. ElevenLabs is contacted only when you voluntarily start the voice feature; the audio and text required for the conversation are then processed by that service. See the privacy notices from Google and ElevenLabs.
Cart reminders
If you voluntarily enable Cart reminders, your email, cart contents and checkout details already entered may be retained for up to 30 days and used to send up to three reminders about the unfinished order. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
Google Ads and advertising pixels are not currently active; consenting to cart reminders does not enable Google advertising signals.
