I got a damaged product, what can I do?

If you receive your order in a broken, wet, obviously tampered with cardboard, or worse still in a plastic bag or in a cardboard carrier, please do not accept the goods or accept them subject to reservation.

By accepting and signing for the collection of a package that has been clearly tampered with, the customer assumes responsibility for the content.

Our Shop does not assume responsibility for refunding broken products arrived in cartons that were obviously damaged or not original of the company itself.

In case the package is accepted, however, please send an email to customer service immediately attaching the picture of the package and damaged products: our operators will evaluate the conditions for a refund by voucher purchase.

We ship the goods packed in NiceShops cartons as shown in the attached photo. Organic corn chips (ideal for composting) are inserted into the package to prevent breakage or damage during transport.
