1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw, without giving any reason. To do so, send a clear statement to info@ladymary.com with your order number within the deadline.
2. Condition of returned goods
Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original sealed packaging, in the same condition in which you received them.
3. Exceptions to withdrawal
For reasons of hygiene and perishability (Art. 16, Directive 2011/83/EU), sealed products opened after delivery and goods that deteriorate quickly cannot be returned. CBD flowers and consumable products, once opened, cannot be returned.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for a defective or incorrect product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days at info@ladymary.com: we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
