How do I cancel an order?

1) If you haven’t transferred any payment to us, your order will be deleted automatically from our order system, with no further action required on your part. All your order details will be automatically deleted from our files after a certain period.

2) How can I change an order in progress?
Please contact our customer service immediately using the same email you used to place your order! We are willing to make any kind of change on any order until it is being processed.

We try to meet the requirements as soon as possible but when the package is in preparation, no changes can be made anymore. Please note that if you order only products in stock, the package is processed very quickly and you will need to write to us promptly.

If your package is not packed and shipped, your order will be blocked by customer service so that we can make the changes you want.

If you wish to have one or more products removed from your order, please note that you may incur a change in shipping costs, which are calculated based on the total amount of your cart.

If the package has already been processed or delivered to the carrier, it will no longer be possible to make changes and you will need to make a return by following the procedures indicated online.

To make the editing process as fast as possible, in the email indicates:

Name
Surname
Order number
Products to be added or modified: please provide the highest precision and also indicate any colors, sizes and their code

In case of cancellation, please also indicate the refund method: a voucher with no expiry date to be used with convenience for next orders or cash refund (directly on credit card, paypal or account: in this case please communicate IBAN and BIC).

If you add something to the package, please indicate the payment method you want to use for the additional costs
