CBD is increasingly taking on the features of a true leader for psychophysical well-being. It should be specified that the hemp plant biosynthesizes more than 60 cannabinoids, each of which interacts with our body in a different way. CBD is one of the cannabinoids most commonly found in hemp and its properties have a positive effect on our body, acting, for example, as a muscle relaxant. As many of you already know, CBD can take different forms and present itself in different ways. One of these is oil.<\/p>\n

CBD oil<\/strong><\/h2>\n

CBD oil: a rich natural food supplement<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

CBD oil is extracted from the flowers, stems and leaves of the hemp plant. One substantial difference from hemp seed oil is that the latter is obtained directly from the seeds and not from all parts of the plant. This “miraculous” oil is a natural food supplement, just like any other supplement on the market. The most common ways to take it quickly and practically are sublingually or topically if, for example, there are severe skin irritations, once it has been given a cream-like consistency. In addition, CBD oil is enjoying enormous success because taking it allows the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the compound to be used to the fullest. It is also used to help regulate metabolism and the physiological processes connected to it, to counter rheumatoid arthritis, or to relieve certain conditions such as childhood epilepsy.<\/p>\n

Some sellers increase the CBD value of the oil by adding CBD crystals, obtained through the isolation and extraction of the CBD molecule, to the natural blend.<\/p>\n

It is important to point out that natural golden oils<\/a>, unlike oils produced with CBD crystals, also contain all the other compounds naturally present in hemp, such as terpenes and terpenoids, which in synergy with CBD create the “entourage” effect, that is, the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving action produced after taking these elements.<\/p>\n

Oils produced with CBD crystals do not create this effect. CBD works better in the body when it is accompanied by the other natural components contained in cannabis, and not in its pure, isolated form.<\/p>\n

Cannabis tincture<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Another way to consume hemp is cannabis tincture. This valid alternative is more commonly known as “Green Dragon” and has origins that date back to the period before prohibition. Unlike oil, the tincture is the result of a long process in which alcohol is the main protagonist.<\/p>\n

In 1843, the British newspaper “PROVINCIAL MEDICAL JOURNAL” published a detailed description, by the Irish physician Dr. Walter O’Shaughnessy, of how to obtain cannabis tincture. The article read: “The resinous extract is prepared by boiling the rich, sticky tops of dried ganja in alcohol until all the resin is dissolved in it. The tincture thus obtained is then completely evaporated by distillation, or in a container placed over a pan of boiling water.”<\/p>\n

Today it is very simple to make and use: in fact, it is necessary to place two drops under the tongue. In this way, the substance is immediately absorbed into the bloodstream, producing an immediate and powerful effect. It can also be added to foods and ingested so as to obtain a much longer-lasting effect thanks to its passage through the digestive system, which converts THC into 11-hydroxy-THC. Another advantage is that it does not appear to have any extra caloric contribution from ingestion. Moreover, when you are out and about you can conveniently carry it with you and it does not arouse suspicion in the eyes of others.<\/p>\n

Finally, it should be specified that if the CBD value of the tincture exceeds 8% and the THC value remains below 0.2%, this means that the CBD content has been increased and strengthened with pure CBD, namely CBD crystals. On the contrary, if the tincture has been extracted in a fully natural way, CBD cannot have a higher value when THC remains below 0.2%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
