1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/h3>\n

You have 14 days<\/strong> from receiving the goods to withdraw, without giving any reason. To do so, send a clear statement to info@ladymary.com with your order number within the deadline.<\/p>\n

2. Condition of returned goods<\/h3>\n

Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original sealed packaging<\/strong>, in the same condition in which you received them.<\/p>\n

3. Exceptions to withdrawal<\/h3>\n

For reasons of hygiene and perishability (Art. 16, Directive 2011\/83\/EU), sealed products opened after delivery and goods that deteriorate quickly cannot be returned<\/strong>. CBD flowers and consumable products, once opened, cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

4. Refunds<\/h3>\n

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the return.<\/p>\n

5. Return shipping costs<\/h3>\n

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for a defective or incorrect product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

6. Defective or incorrect items<\/h3>\n

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days at info@ladymary.com: we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.<\/p>\n
